TEXAS: One of the Worst States for Lawsuit Abuse
Texas ranks as one of the ten worst (41st out of 50) states for lawsuit abuse, according to Lawsuit Climate 2008: Ranking the States – an annual Harris Interactive Survey conducted for the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform.
