But the victim's lease-- which she signed--included a clause that the property does not provide security.

A West Virginia employee who was responsible for safety on the job, was fired for drug use after testing showed he had "three times the limit utilized by the U.S. Department of Transportation". The employee in question, and 11 of his co-workers who tested positive for drug use, were terminated.
